Chunky Salsa

This I got from a friend at church(Jenny Anderson) and I've changed it a little.

1 red bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
2 limes juiced and zested
1 TBSP of lemon juice
1 can corn (drained and rinsed)
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can navy beans (drained and rinsed; can also use black-eyed peas, great northern, pinto, etc)
10 roma tomatoes diced
1 med. red onion diced
1 bunch of cilantro chopped
garlic salt to taste
Italian dressing to taste


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, This makes a ton of salsa. Enjoy with favorite chips.

I have taken this salsa and added it to chicken and baked it in the oven, I have also used it in soup to make chicken tortilla soup with other ingredients. Sooo good!!
